Iterative Development – Pilot System

Fine-tuning

Training
Training of the client’s staff takes place in parallel with all other phases.
We begin by training several key users in how to use the system, and their feedback is also taken into account during development. Later, these users will be able to independently conduct training sessions on system usage.
All process documentation and training materials are stored in a shared knowledge base.
Training is tailored to various employee levels based on their company positions.
The system’s permission management is fully scalable. Following the “principle of minimum access” rights are granted so that each user only has access to the information necessary to perform their tasks.
Deployment
The deployment phase marks the live launch of the system, covering the company’s entire operations.
